How much product should I be using?

Personal Lubricant: Start with a minimal amount and gradually increase to achieve the desired friction-free feeling. The quantity needed can vary with different activities, so adjust accordingly as you get to know your preferences. Keep in mind that your needs might change from one use to the next.

Vulva Moisturizer: Begin with a small application and add more if necessary. We find the sweet spot is to use the vulva moisturizer daily for 2 weeks before adjusting how much/frequency of application. Your skin's hydration needs can vary, so don't hesitate to reapply as needed to maintain optimal moisture levels.

Is there an applicator for use of the moisturizer?

No, we intentionally opted for no applicator. Most people who experience dryness have pain in the lower third of the vagina and the external vulva. When using an applicator, most of the product will end up too high and you may not notice as much benefit. We recommend using your fingers to apply the product exactly where you need it.
