WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY ORDER?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to track your package(s).


SHIPPING TIMELINES

Please note that shipping times vary from country to country due to their respective customs practices, especially during sales and around holidays.

  • Canada can expect their package to arrive between 3 to 10 business days.

  • USA can expect their package to arrive between 3 to 15 business days. 

    • We don't have control over when customs release a package, so the shipping time remains an estimate.

    • Please be advised that at this time, we do not offer shipping services to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. If you wish to have your products delivered to any of these states, kindly reach out to us via email at info@lovemyiris.com for further assistance.


FACTORS AFFECTING SHIPPING TIMES

There are circumstances beyond our control which may affect shipping times, including weather, holiday season, customs checks (USA orders) and shipping company errors. Despite this, we strive to keep you informed of all available information.


ORDER PROCESSING


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Factors such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or seasonal high demand may affect processing time. In such cases, we will contact you via email before processing the order to ensure successful delivery.

At IRIS, we prioritize your privacy. That's why we ensure that all shipments are discreetly packaged, with no external indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority, and we take every measure to ensure that your order arrives safely and securely, without compromising your confidentiality.


SHIPPING INSURANCE

We’ve taken care of shipping insurance for you. In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, our insurance ensures you're fully covered. In this circumstance, we will contact you with the next steps.

WRONG ADDRESS

We urge customers to double-check their shipping addresses before placing orders. If an incorrect address is provided, please notify us immediately to avoid delays and extra charges.


RETURNED PACKAGES

Delivery failures and RTS (Return to Sender) may generally be affected by various reasons, for example recipient's address is incomplete, wrong, or relocated, the recipient can not be contacted, or if the package was not picked up within the time limit. If a package is returned to us, we will notify you and discuss options.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that orders do not include any possible customs taxes or duties that your country might impose on packages originating from outside your country. Customers are responsible for paying these charges. For clarification on rates, please contact your country’s customs office. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process.


CAN YOU ADJUST THE VALUE OF MY ORDER?

No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.


DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL POSTAL/ZIP CODES?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—so patience is the name of the game for these types of addresses.
